Solaris System Configuration
This document is intended to give advice to system administrators at
Rutgers about configuring Solaris systems. Please note that it is
directed to a very specific class of system administrators: faculty
and others who are managing their own workstations, and do not have
access to professional system administrators or other support help.
However I also recommend that professional system administrators read this document. At the moment it's the only thing we have that describes the Rutgers environment. Even though you're going to be running more complex systems than the ones described here, much of the information will be useful to you. Go to document. (The document is 106K.)
